My husband says no one likes a bargain like I do.
When he woke me this Mother’s Day he proved how well he knew me.
First he let me sleep in a bit.
Then he brought me coffee – just the way I like it.
And a gift to show how much he appreciates me as the mother of his children.
Watch this presentation!
He took his gift out of the bag, lifted the lid of the little jewelry box and said,
“These were XXX dollars, but I got 60% off so they were only XXX dollars.”
Presentation IS everything.
Not only did he look for something I would love.
But he found it on sale.
And he thought of a creative way to tell me that.
What can I say?
He’s the best!

Susan, I just stopped over to your site and read a bit. Our son had leukemia when he was 16 months old and we went through 3 1/2 years of chemo. He just got his all clear and has one more yearly Oncology checkup before moving into the mainstream. I’ll be praying for your family and especially for Jordan.

Thought provoking post for me. Makes me think about those things I give to my Beloved Lord: The gifts themselves are not as important as the way, the spirit, in which I present them. Presentation is everything.
