That’s right! Free! You don’t have to do anything except choose which book you want.
Before I was married, I worked in property management. I oversaw rental properties and ensured that they were properly cared for and rent was paid.
- One thing that always bothered me was the pattern when a lease ended.
- The lessee would usually get a rent increase, which was usually substantial.
- Meanwhile, if there were empty properties, new renters coming in usually got at least a free month’s rent and sometimes even a discounted rate for the term of the lease.
My strong sense of right and wrong screamed, “Unfair”!
- But I wasn’t making the decisions.
- People who had faithfully been paying rent were charged more.
- New people just coming in were charged less. They usually got everything painted, new flooring, etc. too.
Recently I discovered I was doing the same thing on my blog.
- I always have a freebie for new subscribers.
- Once in a while I give a little something to longtime subscribers, but not very often.

Left Behind is one I would like to have. I often feel this way. Hoping there will be something in it to help me stop feeling left behind. I love the way your website and blog look. I think my favorite is the aqua color used for links and other bits and pieces. I love that color anyway and I think it was a nice addition for you.
