Forgiveness

Well my friends, this is your chance to practice forgiveness.

I discovered last night that I had 50+ e-mails in my Phyllis@Phyllis-Sather.com e-mail box. Some of them dated back as far as March.

When I set up that address for my website I set it to forward all e-mails to my main address, which apparently hasn’t been happening. So there was a glitch, but I also failed to follow through and check on it every once in awhile. It did cross my mind occasionally that no one seemed to be using that address, but I guess I thought like the answering machine at the cabin where we just vacationed – when you check messages and there aren’t any new ones it says (with a British accent), “I’m sorry, you are just unpopular today – you have no new messages.” We laughed at it, but I don’t think I would want to hear it daily when I check for messages.

So would you please forgive me for failing to follow through and check for messages? I feel blessed to have received all your kind responses to my site, but saddened by my failure to respond to each of you.

Thank you in advance for your forgiveness. I’ve learned a valuable lesson and hopefully won’t repeat this mistake – But… I’ll probably make a new one. 🙂
