Last night on the news this story proved me wrong. It’s called the Eyes of Freedom Memorial – eight life sized paintings of fallen Ohio based marines that will be traveling around the country to nearly 50 cities this year.

Just a couple of days ago I made a comment to my family as we listened to a Hero Tales audio by Hal Young of Raising Real Men about how we rarely hear about the stories about today’s heroes.
