Welcome Phyllis Sather’s website!

Hi, my name is Phyllis Sather.

I hope you will join me as I share with you some of the ways the Lord has been faithful to me and my family over the years.

Our Family
Welcome from our family to yours.

After Joshua and the children of Israel crossed the Jordan River on dry ground he had a man from each of the 12 tribes pick up a stone from the midst of the Jordan. When they were in Gilgal he used the 12 stones to build an altar. In chapter 4 verses 21-23 he says:

And he spake unto the children of Israel, saying, When your children shall ask their fathers in time to come, saying, What mean these stones? Then ye shall let your children know, saying, Israel came over this Jordan on dry land. For the LORD your God dried up the waters of Jordan from before you, until ye were passed over, as the LORD your God did to the Red sea, which he dried up from before us, until we were gone over: That all the people of the earth might know the hand of the LORD, that it is mighty: that ye might fear the LORD your God for ever.

The children of Israel needed to be reminded to remember the Lord’s faithfulness and to pass it on to the next generation. We too need to remind ourselves to not only remember, but to pass it on to the next generation.

By sharing the stories of God’s faithfulness to us I hope to encourage you to trust Him to be faithful to you. I also want to remind myself that he has been and always will be faithful to me.

    Dear Phyllis,
I am so ecited for you & so proud ! My favorite color is RED so you know I love this presentation! I so enjoyed reading about you and your family. And I cannot believe you have a great grandchild? Okay, first of all you are a young looking grandmother , much less great grandmother. Maybe I read that wrong. I am looking forward to reading about your adventures in the Lord and the testimonies He has given you of His faithfulness.
    God bless you,
    Elaine

    Hi Phyllis!
Your blog looks great! I love your header picture.
I had just been talking with someone today about the importance of raising up that Godly seed and how Christian families need to remember the importance of this. I appreciate your sentiments here!
    God Bless You!
    In His Love, Cathy
