Ties and Offerings
Everyone loves a cute kid story and laughing is good for you
Our son Eric had gotten a new sport coat and his first “real” tie just before we visited his grandfather in AZ. He wore it to attend church with them and was so proud. When the time came for the offering the pastor announced, “Now we will receive our tithes and offerings.” Eric clutched frantically at his new tie, leaned over to me and whispered, “Do I have to give them my new tie?”
If you have a cute story about one of your children please feel free to share it in the comments so we can all enjoy it.

Phyllis,
My daughter said something cute this morning.
We were listening to KLove this morning and a message came on for Teen Challenge. At the end, they gave the 800 number to call.
Olivia pipes up, “Mommy, Jesus doesn’t have a number. You can talk to Him any time you want.”
Aren’t kids great?

Phyllis,
What a cute story. Don’t children just say the most precious things? It often jogs me to think outside the box, LOL.
