Right now you can make a 20 page 4 x 6 photo flip book for free at Vistaprint. I just made one with photos from my granddaughters wedding in Jamiaca and it was quick and easy with their online tools. It turned out so cute that I ordered a second on for a little stocking gift for her mother.
They have a lot of themes that you can choose from and their photo uploads are very easy to work with.
You will want to make this one of your first stops for your Christmas shopping.
