There are really some good free resources available for homeschooling right now so I want to make you aware of several that I recently found.
First, the newest issue of The Old Schoolhouse is available as a digital magazine. Be sure to get your copy.
Second, here is a link to make free Student ID cards for your children before the new school year begins. I did this for several years and it was always nice to have ID handy when we were out during public school hours.
And Third, I wanted to let you know about another source of quality free items that I’ve used for several years. It’s called Homeschool Resource of the Day. They send an email out almost weekly with their freebies listed for each day. You only have to download the ones you want on the day they’re available. They have offered some very good homeschool materials and there is no cost at all except the time it takes you to check them out and download.
Last, if you haven’t checked out the Homeschool Buyers Coop from you should do it immediately. We have purchased several items from there. It’s a great way to get volume pricing. It’s free to join.
You might also want to check out E4 Group at They often give away free software and you just pay shipping. They currently have one on Medieval Literature that I just ordered.
Let me know how you like these and leave one of your favorite freebies in the comment section for us.
