During my time with the Lord this morning I realized that my relationship with the Lord is totally selfish on my part. I bring Him nothing and He gives me everything. Perhaps this isn’t big news to any of you, and I know I’ve heard it before, but this morning it struck me anew. I was reminded of this song – especially the highlighted verse:
