Many of us are working from home in order to be with our children and still bring in a little money for special things, or sometimes just for necessities.
Some of us homeschool too.
As wives, mothers, homeschool teachers, and part-time entrepreneurs, we are juggling a lot of things.

Just as we need to have the tools we need to cook, clean, and care for our families, we need to have the tools we need for our at home business.
We all want to spend more time with our families than our business so having tools that make our work easier is a necessity.
Campaign Monitor
This week I’ve had the privilege of trying a program I hadn’t heard of before. I was given a months membership so I could try it.
I am not at all techie – in fact, I had to contact their support team to get signed up. It was me, not the program who had problems. Like my IT son likes to tell me. It’s a picnic – problem in chair not in the computer!
Their support team was quick to respond and was very easy to work with.
I’ll tell you now – if I can work a program anyone can!
Autoresponders
Autoresponders are one of the most important things to someone running a small business.
That’s where all our customer information is stored.
It’s how we communicate with them.
Writing
When I started writing in 2007, I was told to use AWeber for an autoresponder. Since I was a novice I did what my mentor told me to do. I have no idea what else was available back then. I’ve been happy with them and I know how to use it which means I don’t need to learn to use a totally new program.
I really didn’t plan to have a website, but turns out it’s what I needed to do.
So, how did I manage with Campaign Monitor?
I was amazed!
It has many similar features to AWeber, so I wasn’t learning from scratch.
I found in some areas it is actually easier to use than AWeber and was able to put together a campaign quickly and easily.
When I reproduced the same campaign in AWeber I really saw very little difference.
Campaign Monitor has many great features
They have beautiful templates you can use.
Drag and drop really works well.
It is very intuitive.
They have a 30-day free trial.
Their pricing seems really competitive.
My Conclusion
Campaign Monitor is an excellent product. If I were not so happy with AWeber I would consider switching. Truth is I don’t need to change anything I have at the moment.
If you are just starting out, or are unhappy with your autoresponder I recommend you give their 30-day free trial a try and see what you think.
